Drone Pilot Required in Hyderabad for Real Estate Shoot

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerial Videographer to join our team for capturing aerial footage of real estate construction updates. The Aerial Videographer will be responsible for operating drones equipped with high-definition cameras to capture stunning aerial shots of construction sites, developments, and properties. The primary objective is to create captivating visual content that showcases the progress and highlights the key features of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate drones safely and efficiently to capture high-quality aerial footage of real estate construction sites.
2. Plan and execute aerial shoots according to project requirements, timelines, and weather conditions.
3. Collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, and clients to understand their vision and requirements for the footage.
4. Conduct pre-flight checks on equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning of drones and camera systems.
5. Capture dynamic and visually appealing shots that highlight the progress, scale, and architectural features of construction projects.
6. Maintain awareness of airspace regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance during aerial operations.
7. Organize and maintain an organized library of aerial footage for future use and reference.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and techniques related to aerial videography to enhance skills and improve the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aerial Videographer or Drone Operator, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in capturing high-quality aerial footage.
• Proficiency in operating drones and familiarity with camera systems, stabilization equipment, and aerial photography techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and best practices for drone operations.
• Creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to capture compelling shots that align with project objectives and client expectations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, schedules, and weather conditions.
• A passion for photography, videography, and storytelling, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.

Education and Certification:

• Remote Pilot Certification or equivalent license for commercial drone operations required.

Additional Requirements:

• Portfolio or reel showcasing previous aerial videography work.
• Valid Pilot license.
• Willingness to travel to various locations for shoots as needed.
• Physical fitness and agility to operate drones and camera equipment outdoors in different environments.
