The fruit contains 19.3% soluble solids, 16.5 grams of total sugar per 100 grams, 7.4 grams of reducing sugars per 100 grams, 0.25 grams of titratable acid per kilogram, and 55.6 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 grams.
